RIGHT Management PROMOTES ANGELIA
HIERS
TO SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT/MANAGING DIRECTOR
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Right Management has
promoted Angelia Hiers to Senior Vice President/Managing
Director of the global career transition and organizational
consulting firm’s North Florida Region.
Based in Jacksonville, Hiers is responsible for the
overall direction of Right’s regional operations,
including design and delivery of consulting services
and the long-term growth of client relationships. She
draws on more than two decades of senior management
experience in the consulting, financial services and
distribution services industries to guide Right’s
clients in managing career transition, talent management
and leadership development.
Hiers has been an executive with the firm for eight
years, and prior to her promotion served as vice president,
professional services. Her human resources leadership
experience in both corporate and consulting environments
spans the disciplines of organizational development,
quality management, customer service, and employee relations
issues. She has authored and delivered customized corporate
curricula in the areas of compliance, employment law
and diversity.

Hiers is an active member of the Society of Human Resources
Management and earned national certification from that
organization as a Professional in Human Resources. Her
community activities include volunteer leadership with
the Girl Scouts.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in organizational
management from Edward Waters College and a Masters
in Business Administration from Jacksonville University.
