As Executive Vice President and Regional Managing Director, Ms. Cassidy determines the overall direction, design, and delivery of customized consulting solutions for enhancing organizational performance, leadership development and talent management for Right's clients in the Central and North Florida region.

With more than twenty years of experience in sales management, business development and human resources in the professional services industry, Sindy has held senior level positions in Human Resources, providing internal consulting in the areas of performance management, leadership development and coaching, both in the banking and legal industries.

Sindy is an adjunct professor at Rollins College and has facilitated workshops for local businesses in both human resources and career management areas. Sindy is a graduate of Leadership Orlando and Leadership Winter Park, community programs that connect and engage business professionals as community leaders. She is past Chair of Leadership Winter Park Class VI and served as a board member on the Leadership Winter Park Alumni Council for five years. Sindy has also served as a committee member of the Rollins College Hamilton Holt Alumni Leadership Group for two years.
