As Chief Operating Officer - Florida/Caribbean, Mr. Fulkerson provides both internal and external operational support to the Right Florida/Caribbean team, and provides support in coordinating business development, client services and the overall direction of the Florida/Caribbean region. Right's clients throughout Florida/Caribbean and the world benefit from Mr. Fulkerson's role as Right's primary project leader, coordinating large scale events and deliverables and providing customized solutions in a wide variety of skill areas.

Mr. Fulkerson also interfaces with the Information Systems team in the integrated approach of developing high-tech solutions for Right's Corporate clients. He uses his cross-functional skills to support Candidate Services and Regional Administration, and is the primary driver of customer-related technology initiatives.

Mr. Fulkerson earned his bachelor's degree in Film Composition from Berklee College in Boston , Massachusetts . He spent three years as a producer for the Boston television station WBNN, producing commercials, documentaries, and local interest television shows.
