James A. Ferruzzi

Jim Ferruzzi is Senior Vice President, Consulting Services Florida/Caribbean Region and an Executive Coach with Right Management.

Coaching and Consulting Experience

As Right Florida/Caribbean’s Consulting Services Practice Leader, Jim is responsible for the design, delivery and execution of comprehensive consulting and career management assignments including executive coaching, organizational diagnostics and change management. He draws on over 20 years of leadership and executive development experience across a broad range of industries including banking, city government and hospitality services.

As a consultant, Jim has also provided developmental and leadership coaching to senior level managers and executives for several Fortune 500 companies. Jim has engaged in leadership development and coaching assignments with leaders at multiple levels and is experienced in using numerous leadership assessment instruments including the 360 appraisal processes.

Jim has been an adjunct instructor for Valencia Community College and has facilitated numerous seminars for local businesses in both human resource and training-related areas. Jim is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and has been recognized by the Institute of Financial Education for his contributions to education in the finance industry.

Education and Training

Jim has earned a Bachelor's degree in Business from Norwich University, as well as a Master's degree in Instructional Design from the University of Central Florida. He is certified in the Birkman and Hogan assessments and has completed Right’s internal coaching certification.
