Maricruz Freytes is Vice President, Consulting Services and an Executive Coach with Right Management’s Florida/Caribbean Region.

Coaching and Consulting Experience

Maricruz has diverse expertise in crisis management, talent management, organizational development, training, sales and customer service in the financial services, banking, pharmaceutical, apparel, and transportation industries. She is responsible for new business development clients in selecting and implementing high impact solutions for their outplacement and organizational development needs.
As a Coach, Maricruz has provided direction and support to companies and their employees in the aftermath of workplace accidents involving death and injury. Maricruz has played a key role in reorganizations and developed employee satisfaction surveys to assess the impact of those changes.

Business/Organizational Leadership Experience

Prior to joining Right Management, Maricruz held Human Resources and Sales & Marketing positions at USF Worldwide, Temp Network Inc., Banco Santander and Dunhill Del Caribe. While in those roles, she developed processes for both internal and external company issues, resulting in successful quality improvements and competitive advantages. Maricruz also developed sales strategies to achieve organizational objectives by managing the needs and expectations of their customers.

Education and Training

Maricruz earned her BA degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing a Doctorate degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and received her Master’s degree in the same field of study from Interamerican University. She has key roles in several professional associations in Puerto Rico including; Public Relations Leader for the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD), Activities Coordinator for the Psychology Association, and Region Director for the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). Maricruz is fluent in Spanish and English.
