Maureen A. Shea

As Executive Vice President of Right Florida/Caribbean, Mrs. Shea maintains a hands-on presence in sales, marketing, human resources and the recruitment efforts for the region. Maureen is well known by the consultants in the Florida system as the one who knows how to leverage the intellectual capital of her staff. Under her direction, Right Florida/Caribbean has dominated the Florida marketplace in Career Transition Services and has successfully introduced Organization Development Consulting Services throughout the region.

Prior to joining Right Management, Mrs. Shea had an outstanding career in the Insurance and Human Resource industries. She had served as the Director of Recruiting for Mass Mutual Life Insurance Company and Lincoln National Life. Among many of her recognitions, while at Lincoln National Life, she earned the "Recruiter of the Year" Award, as the top recruiter in the country.

Maureen Shea has been involved in the community throughout the years and currently serves on the Home and School Association of St. Anthony's, the Annual Fund Drive of St. Thomas Aquinas and serves on the Leadership Broward Foundation. She also served as President of the Human Resource Association of Broward County, has received her CLU and Chartered Financial Consultant certifications, and won numerous awards in insurance and equity production. Her undergraduate degree was from Kean College in New Jersey.

Besides providing support in her community, Ms. Shea also serves as the inspirational leader and support in the company and is seen as the catalyst for change and innovation. She joined Right in 1985 as CFO and become the Executive Vice President in 1988. Under her leadership, the company has exceeded targeted revenue goals year after year.
