Romayne Berry combines over 20 years of being a corporate human resource executive with business development experience. She has in-depth knowledge in areas such as finance, risk management and operations. Romayne has proven strengths in Strategic Planning, Risk Management, Workplace Issues, Culture Change and Mergers and Acquisitions. Romayne assists clients and candidates develop strategic initiatives and long-range plans.

As a coach, Romayne has coached a diverse number of key executives both in the United States and abroad. Romayne provides excellent guidance, using her in-depth knowledge of corporate business structures.  She is an expert in Networking and Negotiations working with high level Human Resource and C level individuals. Romayne has worked in a broad range of industries such as Health and Medical, Finance, Security Systems and Retail, among others.

Business/Organizational Leadership Experience

Prior to joining Right, Romayne was Principal & COO with Tower Consultants, Ltd., a nationwide executive search firm with primarily Fortune 100/200 clients. In addition, she has held various executive level positions at venture capitalist SnowMark Corporation, Triarc Restaurant Group (currently Wendy’s/Arby’s) and Tire Kingdom. However she was also with Fortune 500 entities, Woodward & Lothrop/John Wanamaker and Hechinger & Home Quarters.

Education and Training

Active in several professional organizations, Romayne currently serves on the Board for the Florida Atlantic University alumni. She was past chair for the Washington DC Area Health Care Coalition and also served on the Bureau of National Affairs Advisory Board, as well as the National Retail Federation's Board for Compensation and Benefits. Romayne has co-authored several articles and is routinely sought on various management and human resources business subjects.  With a BA from the University of Maryland in International and Government, Romayne is also a Certified Paralegal from George Washington University Law School. Further, she received an MBA from Florida Atlantic University, with a course concentration in Finance and Management.
