Sindy is a seasoned management consultant and executive coach with more than 20 years of experience in industry and consulting. Sindy’s extensive corporate leadership and management background coupled with her business acumen directly support her ability to help executives and managers strengthen and develop their leadership style and capabilities.

As an executive coach, Sindy works to equip her clients with the tools and knowledge needed to develop themselves and achieve organizational goals. She strives to establish a working partnership with her clients built upon trust, candor and constructive dialogue. Sindy’s supportive and collaborative approach helps clients better leverage their strengths for success as well as develop practical and actionable plans to enhance their overall effectiveness. Business/Organizational Leadership Experience

Prior to joining Right, Sindy held a key position in a global career management services firm. Earlier, Sindy held numerous HR roles such as Director of Human Resources for Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor and Reed, P.A., Vice President/Generalist for Bank of America, and Vice President Human Resources/Manager for Barnett Banks. While in these roles she provided employee relations support resulting in increased retention. Sindy has also had vast business development experience working as Senior Vice President/Office Manager, Vice President/Area Manager and other various financial services position within Barnett.                 

Education and Training

Sindy has a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication and a M.A. in Human Resources from Rollins College. She holds the Professional in Human Resources designation through the Society for Human Resource Management and is certified to administer both the Myers-Briggs and Birkman assessments. She is a graduate of Leadership Orlando and Leadership Winter Park, community programs that connect and engage business professionals as community leaders. Sindy has also completed Right’s internal coaching certification.
