As Senior Vice President of Client Services, Mr. Spiering ensures that the highest quality of career management and organizational consulting services are made available to Right's individual and corporate clients.   He plays a pivotal role in the delivery of the Leadership Development and Organizational Consulting programs.   His areas of expertise include organizational performance, business development and talent management.   Mr. Spiering brings to Right Management more than 20 years of experience in leading strategic change for organizations.

Prior to joining Right, Mr. Spiering served as Chief Executive Officer of a national healthcare organization.   Through his strategic efforts, the company experienced 400% growth in annual revenues.   Earlier, as Regional Vice President of a large healthcare enterprise, he launched sales expansion in the eastern United States, exceeding all sales records in the company's 25-year history.

Mr. Spiering's numerous professional affiliations include the Society for Human Resource Management and the Human Resource Associations of Palm Beach & Broward Counties.    In addition, he has served on the Board of Governors for the Human Resource Association of Broward County, and is a former member of the Business Development Committee for the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce. He is immediate past president of the Health Underwriters Association, and on the Board of Advisors for Mobile Medical Solutions, Inc.   He is a member of the National Speakers Association and holds a bachelor of liberal studies degree from Barry University.
