Mr.
Parker’s expansive range of hands-on experience
includes leadership training, team building, strategic
planning, problem solving and decision making. Through
executive coaching, he provides individual executives
the opportunity for increased personal and professional
effectiveness. At the organizational level, he contributes
to such ongoing concerns as strategic vision, corporate
values, change management, cross-functional process
alignment, and specific implementing initiatives.
Prior
to joining Right Management, Mr. Parker
was the CIO of a public company that was recognized
by Fortune Magazine as a National Finalist in Arthur
Andersen’s Enterprise Award program for Best
Practices in Implementing New Technology. Over the
past five years, Jim has expanded his focus from
the integration of major technology components to
the design and implementation of strategic vision
for organizations. His experience with information
technology systems and with senior-level leadership
give him a unique perspective for developing and
realizing potential in individual and corporate systems.
Mr.
Parker earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics
from Florida State University and received certification
in management from the University of Miami. He is
a certified facilitator of the Franklin Covey workshops.
