As Executive Vice President for South Florida and the Caribbean, Ms. Drew is responsible for the overall direction of Right’s South Florida and Caribbean operations, the delivery of consulting services to Right Management Consultants’ clients, and the long-term growth and development of the firm’s relationships with their clients. Right’s client organizations in this region rely on Ms. Drew to assist them in defining their needs and determining the most effective approach for fulfilling them.

Ms. Drew was Vice President of Human Resources for the Walt Disney Company Latin America where she was responsible for leading all Human Resources initiatives.   In her 15 years with the company, Ms. Drew led various organizational realignment and integration processes, developed global orientation programs, audited and redesigned remuneration programs, redesigned long-standing human resources policies, and led executive development programs.  After Disney, Ms. Drew was Vice President/Chief Talent Officer for Atento USA, a division of Telefonica. In this role, she was responsible for developing global strategies related to human capital, from organization design through talent selection, development and retention. 

Although Ms. Drew’s human resources career was initially focused in the U.S. markets, she developed extensive industry experience in Latin America where she directed comprehensive strategies for managing the region.  Ms. Drew is particularly experienced in managing global strategies critical to American multinationals.  Her strengths are corporate re-organization, talent management, mergers and acquisitions, executive coaching and change management.
Ms. Drew has a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management.  She is President of the Greater Miami Society for Human Resource Management and an active member of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce and the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce.  She also serves on the advisory boards for FIU’s Master of Science in Human Resources Management and University of Miami’s HR Certificate Program.
