Angie Brainard, Executive VP – Talent Management
Angie consults with Senior Executives and Team Members to develop and maximize the effectiveness of leaders and their teams. Her engagements have focused on developing high potential talent and teams, managing organizational change, transitions, and restructures, talent assessment, and employee surveys. As a trusted advisor, coach, skilled facilitator and global project implementation manager, she quickly understands the priorities of Right Management’s regional, national and multinational clients, helps align strategic goals to business outcomes, and applies talent strategies that deliver tangible results. An innovative thought leader, she facilitates collaboration and talent management best practices across Right Management’s Florida/Caribbean region.

- Hi-Po Development including Action Learning, resulting in promotion to next level or global advancement
- Employee Engagement Survey for a global organization, prompting action around recognition and retention strategy
- Front Line Leaders foundational training that prepared leaders to successfully navigate change associated with a new executive leadership team and strategy and work more effectively in their own transition into a leadership role within a global organization
- Competency Model and Development and 360 Surveys producing self- awareness, with focus on behaviors identified as critical to success
Angie’s clients are in hospitality, retail, restaurant, cruise, manufacturing, chemical, aerospace, healthcare, and financial services.
Business/Organizational Leadership Experience
Prior to joining Right Management, Angie has held leadership positions in a variety of HR and Operations roles throughout her 20-year career in mid-sized to Fortune500 companies; notably as Parks Operations Manager at Walt Disney World where she served as a leadership development program design subject matter expert for the Disney University. In addition, she served as an advisor with the Organizational Development team on complex interventions. Angie also led the Southeast and Mid- Atlantic Regions HR function for a national construction equipment rental company.
Education and Training
Angie holds a B.A. in communications from the University of Iowa. She currently holds designation as a Senior Professional in HR from the HR Certification Institute, the SHRM Senior Certified Professional credential, and is a member of SHRM, HRABC, GMSHRM, and ATD.
Angie is certified in the use of a number of assessment and survey tools, including Hogan Assessments, Birkman Instrument, Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, Perceptyx, and has depth of experience with MBTI, DiSC, CPI260, and FIRO-B. She is also a solutions implementation expert with ThinkWise 360 online development tool.
