Education and Training
Jim has earned his Master’s degree in Instructional Design from the University of Central Florida and his Bachelor’s degree in Business from Norwich University. He is certified in the Birkman and Hogan assessments. Jim is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and has been recognized by the Institute of Financial Education for his contributions to education in the finance industry.
