Jane draws on over 25 years of experience in staffing and career coaching to Right Management. Jane is a seasoned expert who guides professional candidates on managing career development and growth. She has successfully transitioned candidates in a wide variety functions and diverse industries by providing creative, practical and inspirational leadership.
Jane is an expert utilizing all aspects of social media and successfully guides candidates to create their own personal media brand through a variety of social media sites where appropriate. Jane has been an instrumental in creating and facilitating Social Media initiatives which include LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and personal websites. She keeps abreast of new trends, tools and resources available via the constant changing social media arena.
Business/Organizational Leadership Experience
Prior to joining Right Management, Jane was a consultant for Initial Staffing Services. In this role, Jane worked with candidates helping them toward successful job placement which resulted in reduced employment turnover thru effective recruiting. Earlier, Jane was an Account Executive for OfficeMax, Inc., Facility Manager with Prudential HealthCare Systems, and Procurement Specialist with Universal Studio’s Florida. Jane has been an expert guest speaker on many social media facets and branding for Women in Technology Group, served as a panel member for Financial Planning Association’s (FPA) annual conference and facilitation networking at AIDA Reinsurance and Insurance Arbitration Society (ARIAS) Conference in Florida.
Education and Training
Jane attended the Fort Lauderdale Art Institute and has attended a wealth of staffing, recruiting development and career track seminars. She is a member of numerous organizations such as Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Human Resource Association of Broward County (HRABC), and Women’s Executive Leadership (WEL).
