Business/Organizational Leadership Experience
Prior to joining Right Management, Mark held various management positions for
companies such as Bank of America, Annie Mac Home Mortgage, JP Morgan Chase,
Sagicor Life Insurance and H & R Block Mortgage. While in those roles he led
large groups of employees within the sales and operations business units – focusing
on developing leaders and creating career mobility. Mark drove multimillion-dollar
growth of company revenue while providing leadership and helping teams develop
resulting in exceeding goals and performance.
Education and Community Service
Mark earned a bachelor’s degree from Grand Valley State University in Business
Administration. He has also completed additional professional development
trainings from Dale Carnegie and Dale Vermillion.
