Ryan Shea, President
Ryan brings client-first focus to his multi-faceted role in leading business performance, growth and strategic innovation throughout Right Management’s six-office Florida/Caribbean operations. Overseeing global, national and local client planning and fulfillment, he brings ManpowerGroup’s collective capabilities to bear for clients’ benefit. Responsible for continuous improvement in operating efficiency, he advances Right Management’s vision through sales, delivery and support administration, business planning, financial and talent management. Ryan joined Right Management’s executive team in 2009 and most recently served as vice president, focusing on client services and strategic regional development of the firm.
Business/Organizational Leadership Experience
Ryan worked with Regions Bank, where he was a Corporate Credit Analyst and Portfolio Manager. While he was there he analyzed public and private middle-market- size companies ($10-$300 million in annual revenues) to determine loan amount and invest for working capital, acquisitions, recapitalization and real estate financing purposes and managed those investments. Before that, he worked with Woodbridge Holdings (f/k/a Levitt Corporation) and Merrill Lynch.
Education and Training
Ryan received a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate with a minor in Economics from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. In 2008, Ryan received his Master’s degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University. Ryan is a 2011 graduate of Right Management’s global Emerging Talent Program. A proven leader in his profession and community, he has served as president of the 400-member SHRM Affiliate, Human Resource Association of Broward County and as employment committee engagement chair of the United Way of Broward County’s Mission United. He is also a board member of Jack and Jill’s Children Center.
