I have had an awful lot going on the past six+ months, and it is all settling down finally. Despite all the focus on the new (and old) homes, I did keep my toe in the water with some career search activity. And, I’m please to say that I received an offer and accepted a new role. They are a smaller, privately-held tech org who are going through some big transformation (just went private in June of last year, all new C-suite, need some HR infrastructure, need to move their HRBPs to more strategic work, etc.). The role is an HR Business Partner supporting the G&A functions (HR, Finance, Legal, Strategy), so it’s right in my sweet spot. And, the best part is that the role is completely remote. This gives me more flexibility…

I wanted to share with you and extend my huge thank you. You have been a fantastic mentor, guide, champion and supporter through this process, and your ideas and suggestions were so very helpful. I know I wasn’t the most diligent about working the program and staying focused, but despite that, I absorbed your pearls of wisdom and those helped my in my journey. Thank you again – I really appreciate you and all you’ve done for me through this transition.
